All products are shipped from our USA warehouse and are available to ship to most areas of the United States and the majority of countries except for those listed below, due to legislation which prohibits the sale of Mitragyna Speciosa.  These exception states and countries are only for kratom products.

Domestic (within US) Shipping Carriers
Our Domestic shipping methods are USPS Priority Express Mail, USPS Priority Mail, or USPS First Class Mail.  USPS Priority Express Mail should have your order delivered within 1 to 2 days.  USPS Priority Mail your order should be delivered within 2 to 3 business days. Both of these shipping options comes with tracking and delivery confirmation.  We also do not require a signature for delivery. The standard charge for USPS Priority Mail Express is $22.68 and USPS Priority Mail is $6.95. Orders over $50 will receive free Priority Shipping.  If an order is under 2 ounces we will give the customer the option for First Class mail at a charge of $2.66. The carrier will usually deliver your package by 8PM on the estimated date of delivery. However, we cannot request or guarantee delivery by a specific time of day. USPS Priority Mail Express usually means that the package will be delivered the next day (excluding Sundays and Holidays), but please bear in mind that USPS Priority Mail Express is NOT a guarantee overnight shipping option.  This means that depending on your zip code, USPS work load for the day or last minutes changes in flight schedules, your package might be delivered in 2 business days. Please check here to see if your location qualifies for Next Day Delivery.  Also order must be received before cutoff time to qualify, see processing deadlines below.

International Shipping
International orders are shipped via USPS Priority (6-10 business days) or Express EMS (3-5 business days). Shipping times do not include packages which may be held up in customs. Costs will be calculated at checkout and will depend on weight and destination. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure that contents comply with all laws within the country being shipped to.

International Buyers – Please Note:
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

Order Processing Deadlines
Orders received before 3:00PM EST, Monday to Friday (except holidays), will ship the same day. Orders received after the cutoff time will begin to process the next business day.  Orders received before 1:00 PM EST on Saturdays (except holidays), will ship the same day.

Orders to P.O. Boxes or US Territories will be delivered by the US Postal Service. Orders to APO/FPO/DPO addresses will be delivered by the U.S. Military Postal Service.

Discreet Shipping
Your order is discreetly shipped in a plain unmarked package with the address of Kratora. No where will it say what you purchased.

Shipping Promotions
We occasionally offer special promotions for free or discounted shipping. These promotions have strict eligibility requirements.

Items on Order
If an item is currently out of stock, there will be a date listed next to the product stating when we should be receiving the product back in stock.

Shipping Confirmation Emails

Our systems will send you an automated shipment confirmation email when we finish processing your order. Our shipping carriers do not pick up packages from our facilities on weekends, or on postal holidays. Therefore, if you place an order after our order-processing deadline, you may experience a delay between your shipping confirmation e-mail and the actual shipment of your order. The time frame for the shipment method you selected will begin when the carrier picks it up for delivery.

Returns

Return Policy
At Kratora we are committed to your complete satisfaction of our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products you may return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging and need to be at least 75% of the original volume, except for our liquid kratom products.  To receive your refund for our liquid kratom products, please send back at least 50% of the the bottle.  You are responsible for shipping charges to return the product.

Please include the shipping notice with your return.  If you do not have the shipping notice please contact us at kratora@buykratom.us and we will provide a copy for you.

You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
