The Red Bentuangie Kratom Powder is a relative newcomer to the kratom powder scene. Bentuangie kratom is a red-vein variety of Mitragyna speciosa that grows naturally in the jungle regions of Indonesia. Red-vein kratom leaves grow on the same Mitragyna speciosa trees as green-vein kratom and white kratom leaves. However, the differences in the nutrients, sunlight, and humidity levels available to each leaf can result in a slightly different alkaloid profile. These differences change the color of the leaves which is where the color classifications come from.
When Bentuangie kratom leaves are hand harvested by our local Indonesian growers, they are kept separate from the other leaf colors and dried differently. Usually, our kratom leaves are dried in the shade, but for this strain, the leaves are dried using a mix of fermentation and light. This process further enhances the leaves’ naturally soothing aroma and solidifies the red hue of the final product.

I used this mainly for a nighttime blend and it works well for discomfort. It might make you a little bit sedated so that’s why I mainly use it at nighttime or you can go less of an amount for some relaxation without making you too drowsy.

I have tried pretty much every strain of kratom you’ve ever heard of from at least a dozen online vendors. This strain is by far my favorite strain of kratom. I’m a huge fan of most reds. Kratora’s Bentuangie is top notch and I love it. I will be ordering it again in the future.

I was excited to try this variety of kratom but I honestly wasn’t blown away by it’s effects. Nothing too great about it and nothing super bad about it, so in my experience it was just a ‘meh’ strain and I don’t think I’ll be adding this one to my cart again. There are sooooo many other varieties on Kratora that are absolutely stellar and I am so grateful to have found this site.

I usually prefer Red Malay, I do like to switch it up from time to time to Bentuagnie. Still mellow, yet slightly uplifting. Good back up strain.

This one is a gentle surprise; on its own, it doesn’t have a lot of power, yet combining it with known powerful strains such as Maeng Da and Bali will help to extend the aroma and quality of your experience with those strains. It’s lovely.
